PANJIM: With over 200 COVID-19 hot spots, spread across Goa, the State District Administration is gearing up to declare these areas as containment or micro-containment zones, restricting public movements, in a bid to avoid spread of infection. However, several areas have already gone for self lockdown till May 10.

The North and South Goa District Administration has initiated process to declare these areas as containment or micro containment zone, since these 206 spots, continue to report high number of cases.
