It has been observed that vehicles, especially mini-trucks, carry loads far exceeding the recommended weight. Sucha vehicles pose a danger to other road users especially on a slope. The extra weight could make it difficult for the vehicle to climb the slope as a result of which the driver could lose control of the vehicle. This can lead to accidents.
The traffic police should show zero tolerance towards such traffic violations and penalize the violator.
