MARGAO: The Margao police arrested Anand Harischandra Salgaonkar, 40, of Salgaonkarwada Mandrem was caught red handed by the police with various types of drugs valued at around Rs 2,71,000.
The seized items include 3.80 grams of MDMA, 18 Ecstasy tablets weighing 7.93 grams, 14.66 grams of charas and 0.08 grams LSD papers which were in a vehicle bearing registration number GA 11 A 6925 (black KIA seltos).
PSI Sameer Nilu Gaonkar lodged his complaint that on March 2 Anand Salgaonkar was caught red handed possessing drugs.
