MARGAO: Principal District and Session Judge South Goa Irshad Agha on Tuesday granted bail to Hariom Rathod (21), native of Nagpur-Maharashtra, arrested by Margao police for possessing narcotic substance suspected to be ganja worth Rs 2,05200, at Malbhat, Margao.
Public prosecutor V G Costa appeared on behalf of the State. A complaint was lodged on behalf of State stating that at Sulabh Toilet, Malbhat-Margao, the alleged accused Rathod was caught red-handed in possession of 2.052 kilograms of greenish colour fruiting and flowering tops of plants suspected to be ganja.
