ANJUNA: The locals of Anjuna and Vagator are absolutely determined to go ahead with the Candlelite vigil to protest against the tortuous sound pollution, from music blasted by the clubs after 10 pm till early morn.
The candle vigil will be start on August 15, at Santa Cruz Chapel, at 9.30 pm and thereafter at 10.00 pm at the Anjuna Police Station.
Acting Anjuna PI Paresh Naik said, he would be sitting in his office to receive complaints Thursday night.
Locals were insistent that they are being tortured with the noise pollution and this has to stop tonight.
