Villagers expressed their confusion, citing the absence of a comprehensive presentation or adequate clarification on the proposed plan. They even criticised WRD Minister Subhash Shirodkar, with allegations of failure to safeguard the villagers' interests in this matter.

They have demanded a clear and detailed presentation of the acquisition plan to ensure transparency and understanding.

The unexpected postponement without prior notice led to frustration among the villagers who had arrived, eagerly anticipating clarity on the proposed land acquisition for the proposed Borim Bridge.

The villagers said that the lack of information and sudden postponement has left us bewildered. The absence of a proper presentation or explanation has only added to our confusion. Minister Shirodkar's inaction in protecting our interests is disappointing.

The villagers emphasized the necessity for a comprehensive and detailed presentation of the acquisition plan, highlighting the importance of transparency and ensuring that their concerns and queries are adequately addressed.
