Fifth Chargesheet filed by SIT (Land Grabbing) containing 888 pages in Mapusa registered crime

The SIT Land Grabbing Crime Branch investigated Mapusa PS Cr. No. 139/2022. This case was registered upon the complaint of Mr. Mark Lobo, a resident of Miramar, Panaji, Goa, and a native of Mumbai. The case was transferred to SIT(LG) from Mapusa Police Station upon the constitution of SIT(LG).

SIT(LG) has filed a chargesheet under sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 201 R/w 34, 120B IPC before the Hon'ble JMFC Mapusa on 19th June 2024. The investigation revealed that the accused persons are:

1. Mr. Damodar Sinai Cacodkar

2. Mrs. Gulab Sinai Kakodkar, wife of Damodar Sinai Kakodkar, both residents of Ponda, Goa

3. Mr. Amrut Govekar, son of Govind Govekar, resident of Anjuna, Bardez, Goa

4. Mr. Raju @ Rajkumar Maithi, son of Santosh Kumar Maiti, resident of Miramar, Panaji, Goa, and native of Karnataka

5. Mr. Mohammed Suhail, resident of St. Inez, Panaji, and native of Davangere, Karnataka
