Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that the IIT will come up in Goa, but he gave no guarantee that it would come up in Sanguem taluka. 100% of the IIT will come up in Goa. We will finalise the land and announce it to the media, he said after the cabinet meeting on Wednesday. Sanguem MLA and Minister Subhash Phal Desai was insistent that the IIT would come up in Sanguem.
