RAIA: Compassion FC edged past Sporting Club of Rumdamol 5-2 in the U-13 Khelo India women football match played at artificial turf, Fatorda, on Friday.
SC Rumdamol opened the scoreline through Criscia Avina Almeida in the 7th minute. SC Rumdamol further inflated the lead through Blisa Clesia Barreto in the 14th minute.
As the match progressed in the second half, Compassion FC changed the game plan and fired five goals through Sahana Gaonkar (hat-trick) and Prachi Goankar and Lillian Rodrigues (a goal each) in the 31st, 38th, 44th, 41st and 48th minute respectively.
