Cash for Job Scam accused Sandeep Parab remanded to 3 days police custody

Parab had confessed of having collected money from job seekers and handed the money to Deepashree Sawant Gavas

PONDA: Sandeep Parab, one of the accomplices of the Cash for Job Scam Queen Pin Deepashree Sawant Gavas has been remanded to 3 days police custody. He was produced before the JMFC Ponda on Monday. Parab has been confessed at a press conference that he collected money from several people in lakhs and handed it over to Queen pin Deepashree Sawant alias Gavas.

Cash-for-jobs scam accomplice Sandeep Parab turned out to be agent of fraud, not a victim. He had accused Deepashree of defrauding him of Rs 3 lakh with the promise of a government job for his daughter.

Last Thursday Sandeep himself had gone to the police, accusing Deepashree of defrauding him of Rs 3 lakh with the promise of a government job for his daughter.

Over the past few days, a series of O Heraldo and Herald TV has pointed out that many operatives who were actually middlemen for the scam masterminds in identifying gullible job aspirants were now turning on their bosses to save themselves from legal action.

Sandeep was arrested on Sunday by Mardol police. The arrest is a clear indication that this narrative is true. Sandeep Parab has been remanded to 3 days police custody on Monday by JMFC Ponda
