What is the point in having a village ground at Cuncolim if the access gate is locked and the locals has to jump over the fence/gate to gain access?
Entering the field by using this odd means can also lead to a serious injury including death. Hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter immediately so that the locals can enter the ground using the access gate
