A road near the general post office in Panjim next to the St Tome Chapel has been declared as a non-motorised vehicle zone. However, vehicles are seen moving along the road despite a board being put up.
Two-wheelers are also seen parked on the road. No vehicles should be allowed to move along this road by the authorities. The town also needs more roads to be declared non-motorised vehicle zones.
