PANJIM: The sustained uprising of people in different villages of Goa is of serious concern the way democratic governance is proceeding in Goa. If we swear of government of the people, by the people and for the people, people’s uprising cannot become the law of the land. There should be a local committee of people to approve the projects since they know the problems faced by the village.
