CALANGUTE: A Couple which was married to different partners and had separate families, attempted suicide at a Calangute Hotel on Monday morning. While the man died, the woman is reported to be critical. Police is verifying and probing all angles, to find out the reason for such a drastic step.
Calangute Police stated that a Couple, attempted suicide at a Calangute Hotel on Monday morning. While the man died, the woman is critical in hospital.
They were both married and have separate families.The deceased is identified as Mahesh D Suntnure, aged 45 years, from Bidar Karnataka.The deceased Mahesh has wife and 3 children
The Female Sonali is from Bidar Karnataka is married for the last 4 years. The suicide occurred a Hotel, at Khobrowaddo Calangute. Calangute Police found one male person hanging from the fan, while the female had her wrist cut and is critical.
The couple checked into the hotel on 19 October 2024 and were to check out on 20 October, but they extended their stay by a day.
