RAIA: Active Youth PerSeraulim secured a decisive 3-0 victory against Mix Friends A&A, in the inter-ward Seraulim football tournament, organised by Brazilian Boys, Duncolim, and played at the Seraulim Church ground.
Nayab Khan opened the scoring in the 15th minute, capitalising on a defense-splitting pass from Suhail to give Active Youth a 1-0 lead. Just three minutes later, Savan Lotlikar doubled the lead with a well-placed shot that left goalkeeper Conroy Rodrigues with no chance. Nayab Khan then completed his brace with a powerful strike that found the back of the net. At halftime, Active Youth PerSeraulim was comfortably ahead 3-0.
In the second half, Mix Friends A&A made efforts to reduce the deficit, but their defense, particularly Aazan Mulla and goalkeeper Shawn, stood firm to deny any goals.
Aazan Mulla was awarded the man-of-the-match trophy by Sunil Shanker.
