RAIA: Canacona SCC downed United Club of Verna 2-0 to clinch the Navelim Villagers Union Cup organised by Navelim Villagers Union at the Rosary Church ground, Navelim, on Wednesday.
Both the goals for Canacona SCC were scored in the second session through the boots of Elric Barretto and Pralhad Velip. Earlier, Clifton Rebello of Canacona SCC and Jesloy Moniz of UC Verna missed scoring chances.
