RAIA: Fr Agnelo YSC, Paroda, booked a place in the semi-finals pipping Carmona Sports Club 1-0 in the All Goa Navelim Villagers Union Trophy organised by Navelim villagers Union at Rosary Church ground, Navelim, on Friday.
The all-important goal for Fr Agnelo YSC was scored by Regan Costa from the edge of the box with powerful shoot which beat the defence and Carmona SC goalkeeper in the 19th minute.
Navelim Zilla Panchayat member Edwin (Cipru) Cardozo presented the man-of-the-match to Regan Costa of Fr Agnelo YSC.
