RAIA: Navelim Sporting Club thrashed Dicarpali Sports Club 5-0 to enter the quarter-finals of Marcus Mascarenhas (Mark) memorial trophy football tournament organised by Sarzora Sports Club, at Chinchinim Church ground, on Monday.
Navelim Sporting Club netted a brace through Nash Pereira, while Arit Shaikh, Ronaldo and Venito Costa netted a goal each for Navelim Sporting Club. The man-of-the-match award was awarded to Nash Pereira of Navelim Sporting Club by Jacinto Gracias.
