MAPUSA/RAIA: Dunes Sports Club trounced Bidesh XI SC by 11-0 margin in the GFA’s U-13 Division II League match played at Quitula ground, on Monday.
Declan Fernandes opened the floodgates for Dunes SC scoring in the very 5th minute of play. Messi Britto (2) Norberto Rodrigues (3), Preston Fernandes (2), Pundalik Gawade and Waylon Monterio and Melroy Fernandes scored.
Valpoi FC managed to edge past YSC Colvale by 3-2 margin. Vansh Devidas, Mohamad Khan and Rubaz Khan scored for Valpoi FC, while for YSC Colvale Macaire Pereira reduced the margin.
Adarsh YS downed Laxmi Prasad by 3-0 margin. Darsh Govekar (2) and Saharsh Govekar scored for the winners.
Goa United Sports Academy had an easy outing as they humbled Anjuna Gymkhana by 10-0 margin. Asher Fernandes did most of the damage scoring four goals.
Portais Sporting Club trounced Piedade Youth Association 6-0 at Montfort ground. Ganesh More netted a hat-trick, with Emaran, Nikhil and Saksham adding their names to the scorers list. Young Strikers Benaulim easily outwitted Wilred Leisure SC 17-2 at astro turf, Fatorda. Austen Fernandes netted eight, Jayden Rodrigues scored five while Terrance Fernandes and Nasri Bepari netted a brace each for YS Benaulim. Rafael Dias netted both the goals for Wilred Leisure SC.
Canacona SCC trounced Union of Chinchinim Villagers 9-1. Aditya Bande scored five, Saiyash Komarpant netted a brace, while Daksh Bande and Raunak Pagi netted a goal each for Canacona SCC. The only goal for UC Villagers was scored by Ashroy Fernandes.
