RAIA: United Boys of Ambaulim scrape past Bidesh XI Assonora 5-4 via tie-breaker to move ahead in the Fr Gervasio Pinto inter-village football tournament played at Pontemol ground, Curchorem, on Monday.
After a barren full session, Sowell Fernandes, Visititel Fernandes, Leedon Fernandes, Stephen Fernandes and Anthony Fernandes scored for UB Ambaulim, while Vijel Salgaonkar, Gaurish Bugde, Sahil Bugde and Allush Kudnekar shot at the target for Bidesh XI.
