Capt Viriato says Verna-Loutolim corridor is for coal
Viriato says, there won't be any passengers to travel from MPT to Maharashtra or Karnataka
LEAD/ANCHOR: South Goa MP Captain Viriato Fernandes has said the Verna Loutolim corridor is being developed for coal transportation. There are no people travelling from MPT to Maharashtra or Karnataka, he added. Since Union Road Transport Minister Gadkari face embarrassment in the Parliament, he has given the responsibility of land acquisition to the State, he added.
