PANJIM: Another case has been filed against Queen Pin Pooja Naik of Old Goa and Uma Patil of Vasco in the multi crore job scam. Pooja has been accused by Sushma Sadashi Naik of Santa Cruz Tiswadi of defrauding her of Rs 6 lakh and failing to give her a government job as promised.
Whereas Uma Patil has been accused in a second case by a woman from Baina of cheating her of Rs 1.7 lakh with the promise of a govt job. Meanwhile, Uma Patil and her son Shivam Patil have been remanded to two days police custody, in the first case.
Sushma Sadashiv Naik of Santa Cruz has filed a police complaint against Pooja Naik of Old Goa
In her complaint she has stated that between 5th September 2020 and 9th September 2020 Pooja Naik on the pretext of securing a govt job induced her to pay money.
The total amount pay to her in installments was Rs 6 lakh
But Pooja Naik failed to either give the government job or return the money.
A case has been registered against Pooja Naik under Section 420 of IPC
Meanwhile Uma Patil and Shivam Patil have been remanded 2 Days Police custody.
Vasco Police had arrested one Uma Patil and her son Shivam Patil residents of Baina Vasco for duping one Rashmi Chopdekar of Chimbel of Rs 6 lakh on the pretext of giving job of police constable, but failed to either give the job or return the money.
