Get new footpath covers for Panjim

Recently, when I was entering Cafe Tato after parking my scooter, I saw a plastic bottle in the opening of a gutter cover. It could be somebody or children while playing tried to insert this bottle. 

Similarly, I have been seeing all over Panjim, where such openings of covers exist. The Corporation of the City of Panaji must think of modifying or replacing them after getting a new footpath cover plan so that Panjim gets a name as Smart City.
