Disqualified if arriving for HSSC exam 30 minutes late

PANJIM: Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has warned to disqualify the student from answering HSSC examination if he or she reaches half an hour late at their Centre after commencement of the exams. 
The examinations for the Higher Secondary School Certificates (HSSC) or Class XII will begin from February 28. A total of 17893 candidates have registered (boys-8577 and girls 9316) for the board exams that will conclude on March 26. 
The exams will be conducted across 17 centres which includes Cujira as a new centre.
In a press statement issued through Directorate of Information and Publicity, GBSHSE has said that the examination will commence at 10 am for all categories and that the candidates are advised to be present at their respective Centres of examination 30 minutes before to the commencement of the exams. 
“Late arrival beyond 30 minutes after the commencement of examination in each subject will disqualify the candidate from appearing for the examination,” the Board said. 
The exams will begin with Accountancy (Commerce), Physics (Science) and History (Arts) on February 28.
On March 1, students will have to answer the language paper I. There is a five-day gap for Chemistry paper which is scheduled on March 6 along with Business paper. March 8 is Economics, March 11 is Biology/Geology, March 13 is Mathematics/ Political Science, March 15 is Psychology/Cookery, March 16 is Hindi Language, March 18 is Banking, March 23 is Geography, March 25 Sociology and March 26, Marathi Language.
