Goa’s traditional fishermen have recorded a dramatic video of a hot chase of Malpem trawlers using canoes, by risking the lives. They say this is due to failure of the Fisheries Dept and the Coastal Police who have not boats. Hence traditional fishermen chase the Malpem trawlers with canoes.
