PANJIM: Aam Admi Party has submitted a memorandum to the Town and Country Planning Minister and the Chief Town Planner to scrap the 2021 Regional Plan and replace it with a comprehensive Regional Plan. They also demanded scrapping of 17(2) and 39 (A) Amendments to the TCP Act. AAP alleged that earlier governments were using loop holes in laws to do illegalities, while this government is using law to destroy Goa.
