PANJIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is non-committal on revocation of Bhutani clearances, even if they are violative of existing laws.

On Tuesday, when media asked the chief minister about the controversy over his attending a Engineers Awards function which was powered by Bhutani Infra, Sawant said he has no relation with Bhutani. The function was a private function and it had no relation either with government or with Bhutani.

Sawant flatly denied that he had any relations with Bhutani Infra. He declared that

No permission has been given by me, from my office or department. You check who has given the construction licences, permissions for land conversion or CRZ.
