Politicians and advocates demand a judicial inquiry, headed by a retired High Court judge; say they have no faith in the police
PANJIM: As the cash for government jobs scam blows up, Opposition politicians and advocates have demanded a judicial inquiry, headed by a retired high court judge. Congress party has alleged that BJP functionaries are directly involved and demanded that the offence be registered under PMLA and investigation should be done under the Enforcement Directorate.
They also demanded that all the officials who signatures are there on the appointment letters should file police cases, if they are not involved. Meanwhile, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has apparently directed his department to file a police complaint regarding appointment letters alleged to be issued by his departments.
