North Goa rises against Sunburn and Big Ticket Events

Anchor:  North Goan villagers have banded together to oppose major events such as Sunburn, TVS MotoSol and Bollywood festivals, citing the detrimental effects on the environment, culture, and way of life of the people in Goa. They expressed worries about crime, after parties, poor waste management, noise pollution, traffic congestion, and inadequate facilities. The locals urged the public and government to oppose damaging tourism and work to preserve Goa's cultural legacy.
