Pooja Naik names two govt servants in cash for jobs scam

AAP demand Judicial Commission to hold an inquiry headed by a retired judge in the cash for jobs scam

PANJIM: Pooja Naik, who has been arrested in the Cash-for- government jobs scam has named two govt officials, who allegedly helped her to get the jobs by taking money from her victims. The information was obtained from her phone records. Pooja was arrested for taking Rs 14 lakh from a Curti based job aspirant.

It has come to light that Pooja has four high end cars, has made several visits abroad. So far 10 arrests have been made including the two govt officials, one of whom has retired. All are released on bail

Meanwhile, AAP has demanded a judicial commission to inquire into the cash for jobs scam and not an SIT. The SIT has gone nowhere and the scamsters have got away. We need to have a public hearing on this. The previous job scams in the PWD and other departments, have not been inquired into, Amit Palekar, President, of AAP Goa said.
