PANJIM: Saheel Parodkar and Pratiksha Kerkar will lead the boys and girls Goa teams for the 32nd Junior National Tennis Ball Cricket Championship to be held at Sonipat, Haryana, on October 17 and 18.
The Goa Tennis Ball Cricket Association has finalised the following players (boys and girls).
Boys: Vaishnav Gawas, Vasudev Malik, Vallabh Adpaikar, Kannaya Gaude, Shreyas Gaonkar, Nikhil Gaonkar, Grandhar Mahato, Akshad Naik, Saheel Parodkar (captain ), Allwyan Fernandes, Harsh Gala, Pravit Naik, Tushar Naik (vice-captain) and Vaishabh Pagi.
Girls: Yashita Gaude, Tanisha Gaude, Khushi Palkar, Mausam Kapoor, Purva Gaude, Mithila Pagi, Kanksha Gaude, Anushka Dicholkar, Pratiksha Kerkar (captain), Sanchita Shetgaonkar, Khushi Naik, Tanisha Velip (vice-captain), Sanika Gaonkar and Kashish Naik.
Coaches: Haresh Parsekar and Ajinkya Naik. The teams were selected based on the performance in the pre-national coaching camp held recently.
