RAIA: St Anthony SC, Assolda, got the better of Guardian Angel SC 3-1 via tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of Uguem Rising Club football tournament played at Uguem ground, on Thursday.
Both teams tried their best to score but in vain. At full time, the score remained goalless draw.
In the resultant tie-breaker, St Anthony SC netted through Valentine Carvalho, Joaquim Carvalho and Bryan Fernandes and for Guardian Angel SC only Baritone Fernandes netted.
The man-of-the-match was awarded to Alrich Piexito of St Anthony SC by Rosario Gomes, former treasurer of Uguem Rising Club.
