JOB SCAM: Lakhs of rupees have to be paid for recruitment as LDC in Goa University: Goa Forward

MARGAO:Goa Forward has alleged that lakhs of rupees have to be paid for recruitment as LDC in Goa University. How much more will have to be paid for Teaching posts, they questioned. They warned the Goa University about lack of transparency in filling of various posts.

They questioned what Goa University has to hide from Goans. They accused the Goa University of openly flouting domicile and knowledge of Konkani guidelines to select their own persons. They have even changed recruitment rules to suit their candidates.

They requested the government to inquire whether  the Registrar has resigned because of the job scam and only the right person should be selected as the new registrar, Goa Forward said. They also threatened to gherao and take morchas to the University if things are not set right. They also alleged the operation of the Kerala Lobby in recruitments.
